It was Andrew Seaman who hit the 25+ foot shot from slightly to the right of the top of the key. He got the in-bound from underneath Adena's basket with 4.5 seconds to go. Adena forced him to turn his dribble one time and at that point I didn't think he'd be able to get it off in time. Fortunately, he came down, planted his feet and let the defense go past and got his shot off just before the buzzer went off. It was nothing but net and he was mobbed right in front of the Peebles bench by the team and fans.

Great win for the Indians. Blake Justice led Peebles with 25 points after being held scoreless in the first quarter. Andrew Seaman had 13 points. Nathan Stephens had a great game with 10 points scoring off of dribble penetration and pulling up for the jumper and big Evan Meade had 9 points. Tyler Arnold played very solid and didn't force anything. Even though he only ended up with four points he did a good job on both ends of the floor.

Next Sunday at 2:00 against the Ironton Tigers at the Convo is the next hurdle for the Peebles Indians. They definitely belong where they are at. Most people will consider them to be the underdog once again and that is fine. They were the underdog in their two Sectional contests but came out and played two very good games and came away with a Sectional Championship!!

Good to see Peebles doing so well. The coach has pulled them out of the basement that the past couple coaches put them in. It is nice to see a coach turn a program around that others destroyed. Good luck in the Convo!!!!
