Glad to hear you are getting along good after the surgery. This is something I am going to face as well down the road from what they told me. Don't try to do too much too soon as they say. That will make the recovery difficult.

Coach Skinner!!! was going through some of the past threads ran across this one on your back surgery - how are you doing with your rehab ? IF you have been a good patient you should be well on your way to getting back to semi- normal (LOL) ... fill us in on how things are going ...
