TVC Freshman tournament starts tonight at Vinton County

Tonight is the first night of the TVC freshman tournament. First game is around 6ish and I know that River Valley plays against Athens at 7:45. The winner of that game will play next wednesday night is my understanding.

Does anyone know who else will be playing in this?

The 1st game was Nelsonville-York and Trimble. Trimble lead the entire game, but were beat at the buzzer.

Monday, Waterford plays Meigs first, then Vinton County plays Southern.

Not sure how good Athens would be - the trio of BURROW, R. LEURHMAN & A. LEURHMAN all play varsity or junior varsity.

You're right, 93. They got beat last night by a very good River Valley team by 20. Add those three to their team and everyone else is playing for 2nd place.

River Valley and Nelsonville-York advance to play each other in the final 4.

Meigs can win this if they play as a team and not against each other, Waterford beat them in the season by 8 points!!
