Federal hasn't had a freshman team in a while. Hopefully we'll have enough kids out this year. A lot of players need that extra year to develop.

Nope, no role with the school. Just a supporter of the program. The coach sought me out to talk, I'll leave it at that.

All of the negativity already, and the guy hasn't even coached a game. Of course, the negativity that is being thrown around on here isn't even from people associated with the school.

Coach Ellcessor--its great to finally see this thread! You are a well deserved man, and will shine in this position. Coach Ellcessor is very positive(which it sounds thats exactly what the Doc. ordered!!), he is honest and trustworthy, and has knowledge of the game like you wouldn't believe. If FH wants a coach that gives 100% always...You GOT YOUR MAN! I know the boys will enjoy playing for him.

FH--To any of the doubters: Credentials or no credentials, you will soon know the Coach Ellcessor most have been speaking of.... and I believe he will be a huge success @ FH!

Asst. Coach is Amos Cottrill and i believe he will take the JV squad again but im not sure. and they do have the numbers to have a fresmen team this year so that will give the underclassmen a little more playing time and experience if they're not playing alot of JV. Other coaches i am unsure of though?
