Jan 10 - Alexander (2-7, 1-2) @ Nelsonville-York (7-3, 2-1)

Post by Power 105 »

After Nelsonville-York edged out Athens Friday night in The Plains, the Buckeyes sit in the second spot in the TVC-Ohio. At seven wins this season, N-Y has exceeded their win total from last year and looks to continue their fast start.

The Athens County High School Basketball Game of the Week returns Tuesday night on Power 105 as county rival Alexander tries to upend N-Y at Ben Wagner Gymnasium.

The action begins at 7:15 with pregame coverage with a 7:30 tip off from Nelsonville.

The boys are finally getting their basketball legs under them and Jay is doing a fantastic job of proving the nay sayers wrong about his coach abilities. He did a masterful job out coaching one of the more esteemed coaches in the area last week, and it will continue this week. When is that VC rematch? Anyone?

PS. I have seen some sad faces at lunch. Come'on guys get on the bandwagon. :122245

Since we will not be playing at Athens, or with the officials that Athens hires the answer to your question is no. No extra security needed to keep the officials safe for their woeful calls. Not to mention that this game won't be kept close by the officials, and should be a blow out so no one will be upset.

I'm referring to the River Valley game were Kline relative got into it with River Valley fans and had to have the A.D., cops and Kline himself break it up. We all know who will do the game as far as refs.

Actually he came up into the RV section and made a complete azz of him self. All the fans did was exchange words.
He threatned a RV cheerleader mom! It was actually very funny.

Was that before or after he completely out coached the RV coach? You fellas are just sore that your teams lost to him.

if the buckeyes come out and play their game it should be a blow out. But if they come out slow it will be a tight game.
