I listened to this on radio, they did a great job announcing this game. Max did a great job of leading the Eagles back in the second half.

Wow what a ball game. Southerns players fouled out at the end of the game fouling to stop the clock. Eastern throws up 32 4th quarter points against one of the best defenses in southeastern ohio. Overcame a 13 point 4th quarter deficit. Eastern stepped up big in the 4th quarter and Southern looked very rattled. Big win for Eastern to move to 4-1

Huge win for the Eagles. Second game in a row with a huge comeback in the second half. That is huge for a team without a lot of experience to be able to keep their poise and find a way to get back into games. Shows some discipline, tough kids, some patience, and some good coaching. Keep it going Eagles. Now they have a couple of weeks to work at getting better. With young players and a new coach, that time off could prove to be very beneficial.

Supermama, I also am very proud of our Eagle players & their new Coach Corey Britton. Don`t think anybody but the Eagle players & Coaches expected this many wins at this point in the season. Everybody played their role well tonight & each player seems to be gaining more confidence each game.

So you are saying they had to finish the game with 4 players? Either way this is a tough loss for Southern and a great win for Eastern. I'm not sure when Southern plays again, but i hope for those boys it is soon. Those long and early morning practices over Christmas break will be brutal enough.
