I will start off the projections...

Vinton County - return a ton. May have the best backcourt in the league.
Athens - PG is too good, and good supporting cast
Meigs - will have good guard play. post play will be the key. does the zone lose some effectiveness with loss of some of their athletes?
Alexander - lost a ton, but return a great deal of talent. who will be the scorers and leaders.
Nelsonville York - winning in football will bring back some competitive juices, could help them improve from last year.
Wellston - lost a ton of experience. they will have some size, but guard play will be the key.
River Valley - very young.

I like that guard Alexander had on JV. Seemed like he could develop into a very good scorer. Reminded me of that kid that played for Valley a year ago

Part of me is glad Athens didn't beat NY, and then have to face DeSales in week 11. The Bulldogs can now get on the court (on time) and be ready for hoops season!

93dog ... I'm going to have to make the trip to Fairland on 12/10 to see the Athens vs Fairland game ... on arbiterlive the Fairland schedule has the game starting at 8:30pm ... Fairland is the undisputed #1 Preseason Pick in SEOhio while Athens I have at the #9 slot ... nothing like taking on the Big Boys to try to crack the Elite 8 early in the campaign ...

RV will be showcasing it's 3rd coach in 4yrs......that being said.....I think Coach Drummond will stick.....flying under the radar is the place they should stay as long as possible.....they play AHS early and that will be RV's early-season barometer.....GO RAIDERS!!

RV was 1-11 in TVC games last year.....no where to go but UP.....
