Re: IRONTON VS LUCASVILLE VALLEY 12/6 - UPDATES
Thanks caglewis. Sounds like Valley has to learn how to put games away. Two in a row that they had won if they had taken care of the ball in the final minute.

The line score is incorrect. Johnson scored 4 points. A layup and two free throws to go along with about 6 rebounds. Johnson is the only senior on the team. I thought I'd bring light to this, he was barely mentioned in the basketball preview.

Great game. Valley appeared to be very winded in the final minutes.

deflated is more like it ...tough breaks on a couple of turnovers when our guards slipped and fell and lost the ball and it went for 2 Ironton layups

I will be bringing this error to Mr Walker's attention.......Mr Johnson needs credit for his effort especially being the only senior on the team.......he would probably have scored more but it didnt sound like he got many touches according to the radio announcers.....Dinocrocetti wrote:The line score is incorrect. Valley was deflated more like it after 2 slipping and falling and losing the ball turnovers in crunch time ....tough breaks that lead to 2 Ironton layups
