Re: Wellston@Alexander
Alexander will win this. Wellston has been playing the poor sisters, while Alexander has been beating up on legitimate teams.
Re: Wellston@Alexander
Right now, the Rockets need a miracle.
Coach Gabriel and the Spartans are the odds on favorite to win the TVC Ohio. They're THAT Good! This one could get ugly....quick!
Best of luck to both teams

Re: Wellston@Alexander
My question is , Why is a VC poster starting a thread about Wellston & Alexander ? I have the answer to bash them and say how bad they will get beat by 30 . Look everyone knows you people dont like Derrow , but how about giving our kids a break here they are just like any other kids in the area they just want to play High School ball.

Re: Wellston@Alexander
It doesnt matter my opinion fo Derrow, my concern is with the boys that play for the Rockets most of whom I spend late summer and all of fall with .
Re: Wellston@Alexander
That's O.K. Golden Rockets. Hang in there. I will always stand up for my alma mater. Like I said. That other school is not all that. Maybe they will be fortunate to play a third time at the Convo against the Chillicothe CAVS this season to. Then we'll see how great they are.
As for your game with the Alexander Spartans....good luck

Yeah that's pretty poor of Vinton County to lose to the state champions. They should be ashamed of themselves for not being able to beat a team that nobody else in the state could beat in the tournament.
Alexander beats Wellston by more than 25 points.

Re: Wellston@Alexander
If wellston had beaten V.C. Army would be talking about how good the Rockets are and how they will win the TVC this Year. but since they took a beatdown he's gotta bash them. As for his Cav's I would be suprized if they didnt loose at least 5 games this year, and dont win there conference.

Re: Wellston@Alexander
I think VC loses the TVC-Ohio this year to Alexander. Sounds like the Spartans are loaded.
Re: Wellston@Alexander
That comment wasnt directed to you buckeyecav, or should I say Army. What, did you forget to change your profile?

Re: Wellston@Alexander
Boilermaker...why do you condemn those who you say "bash" the kids on Wellstons squad but say absolutely nothing when Army/BuckeyeCav slams the kids on the VC squad over and over again? Is it only wrong when it affects kids you care about or is Army out of line?
Boilermaker quote from earlier :
"I have the answer to bash them and say how bad they will get beat by 30 . Look everyone knows you people dont like Derrow , but how about giving our kids a break here they are just like any other kids in the area they just want to play High School ball. "
Army/BuckeyeCav quote from earlier :
"Your homers could foul out the starting lineup and our second and third team could win against the VC Homers. The results will be the same as at the Convo."
You want VC posters to respect your kids but are quite willing to laugh and turn a blind eye when our kids are maligned and their efforts disrespected. How about treating all players ( who are on their respective teams legally ) with respect for their effort and dedication ?

Re: Wellston@Alexander
The answer is I dont pay any attention to Army and Buckeye Cav, if they are posting on VC threads I dont read them Unless it involves Wellston.
You are correct though if and when they do it it is wrong as well . I have been to alot of Viking basketball games the past 4 or 5 years ,when they werent playing my rockets to support some friends of mine in the program.

Thanks for being a "stand-up" guy and posting as you did....I think we have some common ground here.
