The point being that he should not have to play a post position. Myers has players that are very up to playing this position. He should not put the pressure on Mays and Angle to carry this team. He wants the ball in these two players hands at all times and boy if Abram passes to someone else then Abram comes out. ITs not there fault that Myers wants this its his. He does not feel he has other players on this team that can help carry the load other wise he would play them. Watch these young men the next game., Does it lool like the enjoy playing the game of basketball. The are all scared, When they have the ball they always look at him for his reaction to them or what he is yelling at them for next. They do not have set plays. He is either yelling Ohio State or 1 other play. IT appears that they need to change their offence and not base it around Angle nor Mays they all need to be a part of this team. Way to much talent that is not being utilized year after year......

i agree mostly. the play they use the majority of the time is a play that is suppose to get a shot off after two or three passes off the fast break. they have no half court offense. however when you have players like mays and angle, it's ok for the offense to revolve around them, but myers does neet to utilize the other talent. i dunno, I agree with you purple, they play scared, no emotion...

Now, now, we must all be supportive even if we don't agree with coaching decisions.

I am 100 % supportive of the players for all teams of Logan but I will not support a coach that belittles any player no matter who they are. I have seen this the last 10 years at Logan in many sports. It is very hard to see them work hard in the off season show up on a court only to have the wind knocked out of there sails not by other teams or members off but the one person they should count on being the coach. This has not happened with this team nor previous teams that has been coached by Myers. Bobby Cassidy being one of those past players the list goes on and on. Until Logan gets a coach from the outside and really knows basketball I do not care how much he donates his time or what he or she has done in the past for the school Logan will not have a basketball team that wins more than it looses. The self esteem is gone of these players as well as the confidence level,

Logan BB: Some players play basketball just for the love of the game and no one person can take that away. Bobby Cassady still plays the game at OUL and he starts and is appreciated. More than that those who care are proud of him. One of life's many lessons.

md2020,
I could not agree with you more. Lets see ,he is good eneough to make the O.U. L team and start but lest sit him and not play him especially his senior year. Sounds familiar.
I am proud of any Logan athlete that can move on to the next level but even more proud when that player was not given a chance to begin with.

Hopefully someone will see a pattern in this behavior.
The next few games will tell if Myers will make the adjustements that need to take place or will be watching a re-run of previous games. Use to be the Middle School Gym had reserve seating the gym was packed the when games were played at the High School is was packed. The last 7 years sales have been down with boys basketball and it it is not a special night the gym is far from full.. People need to open their eyes.

I wish Bobby all the luck as well as Both Girls and Basketball programs. Just wish there was a change at the boys level/
