Good game but the score was closer than the game was. VC controled this one from buzzer to buzzer. The Cats hit some 3's in the 4th to bring it closer than it shouldve been. Prater played like a man dominated the boards he had to of had atleast 15.

Both teams musta really slowed the tempo down some, I figured these teams would have went upper50s to mid 60s. Must be some mixed emotions for the Guthrie family tonite. Always hated seeing family have to compete against one another.

Hey Larry Dallas, Where are you? Musta stopped at the Reagle Beagle to swill down a few beers to get rid of that taste of crow.

The Vikings spread it out and shut down the Cats 3's that is for sure. I hate watching zone defense! But it worked for the Vikings tonight. The ball needed to go inside a lot more...if nothing else to open up Mulford for a shot. He and Guthrie were open a lot... especially the first half.

Didn't appear to be a family rivalry between the Guthrie's....but it is unfortunate that one of them had to lose.

GO CATS! Prepare for Waterford on Friday! :aaaaa26

I know Coach Koons and his father personally for twenty plus years. It sickens me to read on this forum of how his own have belittled, disparaged and condemned a man that has nothing but give tirelessly to the community he loves.

If you disagree with his coaching philosophy so be it, (every coach wants to win), but, I would ask you to volunteer, to get involve in one capacity or the other; bring fresh ideals to the program and promote change from within. To bash a man, a passionate and compassionate man on this forum behind juvenile usernames is pathetic and gives you no credence to your argument or to the fact that you are a member of the human race.

Get a life, and support the children of the Trimble Tomcat School System.

I wish nothing but the very best for the Coach Koons, his staff and the entire Basketball Program for the rest of the season.

Larry, Youve got my curiosity. Just for the sake of arguement, where are you going with that comment? Either you didnt have any better slam to make, or you think youre being very intelligent. Pray, tell, Im willing to play.
