South Point 87 over St. Joe 54 1/23

Pointers are loooking good and I think that the big men will be too much for the Flyers to handle.

South Point should win but......it depends on which team shows up........I'll take the Pointers by 10.

South Point should be well rested after having a week off. St. Joe will have a tough game with CG and then us. I feel for the Flyers!

Pointers win big. St. Joe kept it close for the first quarter or so and then were just outmanned by the SP big men underneath. Kratzenburg, Davis and Greg Taylor are the leading scorers for the Pointers. Harvey was the leading scorer for the Flyers. I think Sheridan should play the Young boy more minutes he really hustled and at times played much taller than he really is against the Pointers big men.

Why was Blackburn benched for the Flyers? Hardest playing kid on that team.

Squonk, blackburn wasn't benched. he had missed practice time due to sickness and my guess is that coach sheridan was wanting to give him time to rest and get well. as always thanks for your concern.

Flyers had their hands full . pointers were hot from beyond the 3 point line. lets get ready for New boston on tuesday. Keep your heads up Flyers.

that makes sense until they put him in when down by 20+. Why put him in at all if resting is the reason?

I don't have any idea, maybe he asked to be put in at halftime, maybe he felt better I really don't know. If you have questions I'm sure coach Sheridan would be more than glad to answer them. If you need to know how to get ahold of him just PM me and i can help you out.

I am sure the coach has his reasons, he is the coach. I know St. Joe hasn't in the past, and I am relatively sure that they don't now, have a policy of punishing kids for being sick. So I suspect something else was going on, like still sick.
