I heard practices are going really well, all the players i talked to are postive and excited about the upcoming season

Southern had a scrimmage today against Belpre. Southern went 3-2-1. They played good today as a team and showed a lot of potential. Should be a good season!!!!!

I will have to say that is a fair assessment, of what I saw at Belpre.

the great mystery stlll remains, when/where/what time is there a preview that Southern is playing in?

I have heard something about Friday night @ Athens HS, but no confirmation and times/teams/etc?

There is a thread about the Athens Shrine Preview. It lists the schedule there as: Wellston vs Southern 5PM

yep, SHS vs. Wellston...........but I find it odd that they play agian in about weeks.

Yea that is a little odd.... i figured they would play a team from the ohio that they dont have scheduled this season.

I think he can be a huge contributer, i think if the coachs work with him he'll be probably the most improved

Big John, has been workin pretty hard for coach, if he stays focused John will have a good season.

cyle rees is 5'2 and 95 pounds soaking wet and did absolutely nothing for Oak Hill and will do nothing for southern except three point attempts. lets see how many times he loses his man this season :lol:

I think that he is refering to his man scoring while reese is on defense, of course reese not knowing where his man is.

But hey backoff........reese is trying hard and giving his all, give him time and experiance and he will be fine. :evil:
