Re: Oak Hill Vs. Waterford
pigskinguru....Good post about seeing a team once or twice a year and then an individual is a so-called "expert" on that team. I don't like to crack on colleagues, but the sports editor at our competing paper is just such an individual.

Well, frakkin' duh!!! because then they would be D3 teams playing in D4!
As a wise old coach once said to me, "... and if your aunt had balls, she would be your uncle!"
I heard here in Jackson County if your aunt has balls bring her to Oak Hill they will find it a uniform.

Move in? The 2 that "moved in" let's just say I see them allot at Jackson. Anyways good luck to the Oaks, let the big kid get his and shut the rest down. Guard play will determine the out come of this game.

Oh my gosh, you mean they travel the 13 miles to be in Jackson. Someone allows them to leave Oak Hill. They don't have to be there all the time.
Come on. I live in Jackson, but spend the majority of my time in Oak Hill. Get real

Re: Oak Hill Vs. Waterford
The Oaks haven't been playing up to their potential during the tournament but anybody that has seen them play multiple times this season knows how good this team is. I just like how people watch us a couple of times and then think they know everything about us, and as far as that "mediocre D II team" we played in Canton, they are getting ready to play in the District Championship game this weekend after defeating a Minerva team that went 19-1 in the regular season. Oak Hill held Marlington to 42 pts which was their second lowest outting for the season, they averaged 59 pts a game for the season.
Oak Hill has only given up more than 45 pts 6 times this year and for the season are only giving up 42 pts a game. I look for the defense to really wick it up this Sat. Norm will have the boys ready, with everything that is being said on here I look for the boys to come out and prove a point.

Oak Hill probably is not as bad as they have looked the last two games, and I am sure that Waterford is probably not as good as they have seemed the last two games or they wouldn't have lost any games on the year. Good thing they will play the game on Saturday. It will be interesting to see who has the guts to admit it when they are proven wrong.
I also find it interesting how many on here complain about transfers, until their team gets one. Then, of course, it is just fine. The same people who cry about transfers all the time, will defend them when one shows up at their school. Don't deny it because you know it is true!
I remember when Southwebster girls kick your butt all over the floor all I heard was about the transfers I guess you people from Oak Hill have short memories or you decided if you can't beat them then join them

I agree UpOnTheHill. I think a few new posters and a few of the same classless ones have given The Oaks and Coach Persin enough billboard material this week to keep them good and fired up until the weekend. Take my word on that one! Look for the Oaks (Boys and Girls) to send a real message this Saturday.

Waterford will win this one by at least 15 maybe 20. Oak Hill will make it closer at the end than what the game really is with Waterfords scrubs in the game. Cunningham will prolly have a career night. Oak Hill will see what a D1 player looks like up close. Waterford is much better than their record.

Good luck Oaks! Represent your school, community and conference well!
Looks like these posters complaining about transfers are already searching for excuses.....
