Congrats to the Panthers on the great game. You were too much for the Tigers on Saturday night, now enjoy the excitement of being in the Final Four. You deserve every minute of it. The Chesapeake community has waited a long time for this opportunity, so make the most of it. Bring home a state title to Lawrence County in hoops!

To my Tigers, thanks for a wonderful season. You guys showed up every night and played your fannies off. It just wasn't meant to be this year. A special thanks to all of the seniors for their leadership and character throughout the course of the season. We will always remember and appreciate your efforts. Timmy K, you had a special year and your dedication will inspire every young Fighting Tiger hoopster to be the best they can be. And to the rest of the team and coaches, we recognize you as well for your hard work and commitment. With a sparkling new school and a bunch of returning talent, I daresay that the Ironton basketball program will be making great memories for many seasons to come!
