WOW!!!

The Cavs definitely got a scare in that one. Good thing they hit free throws down the stretch or that three at the buzzer would have beat them.

Congrats to the Cavs on a great come from behind win!!!!

WOW- thats the word to describe this game!...who woulda thought?...i think only LE fans gave their boys a chance. Chilly sneaks by the Braves to face the winner of VC/GM. That will be a good one!....
Good luck to the Cavs. Congrats to the Braves on a great effort, i know all of your fans are proud of you guys!

This is why i love high school basketball on any given day anyone can beat anybody.

Just curious does anyone know what kind of defense LE was running against chillicothe?
triangle and 2, box and 1?

LE is so disciplined. If you lined these two teams up and asked 100 people who would win a game between them, 157 would say Chilli by a bunch. That was the final outcome, but boy oh boy can the LE kids play ball. LE plays amazing TEAM ball. Congrats to both teams. Congrats to LE for proving that they are for real.

Good luck to the Cavs in the next round. SEOAL basketball is alive and well.

Listened to this one on the radio Chambers was the difference.

First, let me say congratulations to the Chillicothe Cavaliers. They will make good representatives of our district and hopefully the Southeast can reach the Final Four. Chambers was the difference. Second, third, sometimes fourth chances. Several times there were Braves in position but Chambers can sky so high and just take the rebound. A special talent, as is Hitchens.

Even though Logan Elm didn't win this one, they played like district champions. Few gave them a shot, most said this would be a blowout. I saw someone saying they knew Chilli wouldn't have a problem since LE lost to Adena. These people just don't know Logan Elm basketball. A great defensive game by the Braves. The start was important, they shot well. Just a few shots at the end went in and out. Frustrating to lose after you play so hard, but the Braves should be extremely proud of how hard they played and what kind of effort they gave. Coach Stiverson and his staff get the most out of their players and then some. They also put them in the best position to win games. Definitely one of the better programs in our region. Also congrats to the seniors - Bryant Blake, Largent, Zach Holbrook, Coleman and Johnson.

i wouldnt say it was a great defensive plan....chilli couldnt hit anything. and why in the H was chambers playing at the foul line with his back to the basket. he should have been inside the whole game. and i pray we do not get these 3 officials ever again

Congrats to the Cavs.

Did anybody see Hitchens drain that half court shot after the game was over? Meaningless, but impressive.

Chillicothie didn't just miss shots because they were wide open. Good defensive pressure will make you miss shots you normally would make. Give credit where credit is due & that is to the Logan Elm Braves. I also agree that chambers should have been inside the entire game.
