What’s up with South Gallia? Geesh

Last 3 games have been this way. Not sure if whats going on. Wether it’s the seniors vs sophomores or not buying into what coach is doing. Been hard to watch . But if I had to guess, would be sophmores playing time vs seniors. Seniors have pretty much been mailing it with the exception of a couple. That and any mistake u make u are subbed out pretty quick. There’s that too. Just a mess of a season with snow and covid.

South Gallia had 0 players missing vs. Southern. Started 5 seniors due to last home game and Senior night. Subbed a lot throughout as Southern built an over 20 pt lead early in 2nd quarter and led by over 30 going into the 4th. SG had a bad game and Southern played very well.

I searched newspaper report after I posted last night. The two I was told didn't play were both in pics with the game report. Don't know how that rumor got started. Apologies for not checking into it before posting.

What a huge night in the TVC. Vinton County knocks off rival Wellston and Alexander defeates country rival Athens as both the Vikings and Spartans remain tied atop the Ohio Division standings. Tyler Weber knocks down a shot with 8 seconds left to give Trimble a 1-point win over Federal Hocking. The Tomcats take a 1 game lead over the Lancers with the two set to square off Tuesday night in Glouster. Eastern beats rival Southern 64-60 for the 2nd this year. Crazy night.
