1. Valley…you have a LOT coming back, and a lot to be proud of on this run to the regionals! Hold your heads high! Next few years will be special.

2. Western…you play GREAT Team ball, and all year everyone told you how you couldn’t play with the “big dogs” in the SE district (Trimble, Valley) and you took them both out on your way to a Regional Championship game! Good luck and keep it rollin for the SOC.

Valley was able to speed them up in the 4th and close that gap, but Western just stayed solid. Have to get better at the line for Friday, but it is definitely a game that they can win.

Coaching had alot to do with this win. Westerns coach Williams had his team very prepared to take on Valley. They stayed calm didn't panic if it went bad and played as a team. Congrats Western for taking down the mighty SOC2 TOP 3 team.

i was at the game last year when valley won by 40+ against western and this year basically same teams and western wins by 8 that tells you all you need to know. Valley changed coaches western stayed the same. Valley loads of talent no doubt but end of day talent doesn’t always win games and western proved that tonight they are the better team no doubt

Congrats to western i think you all have a good chance vs Newark they are solid but with way your kids are playing you can win this game. Play one game at a time and take an soc team to the state!
