Great win for VC!!!!! To win by double figures @ Waverly w/out Eberts and his 10-15 ppg in the lineup due to injury is very impressive. A very sick Guthrie had 20 against arguably the 2nd or 3rd best big man in SE Ohio (who ended up with 13).

Good game to watch tonight the Vikings are really starting to roll.The defense the last two nights has been superb.Maybe that loss has them fired up?

A very solid win for the Vikings. Very proud of the players and coaches that represented Vinton County tonight as all three Vikings squad came away with victories.

Too many turnovers, guess 20-25 for Tigers!
Stand around on offense, no movement with ball or players after initial break. :cry:

Very impressed with Guthrie, ball into him, out, around for shot or back to him for basket! Collapsing on him is difficult.
Tired of posting after losses.

Tigers need to get some wins going. Though they have had some tough loses, seeding for the tourney could throw them towards the bottom which means they will have a tough matchup early on. I still like the kids on this team. They just have not jelled as a team for all the reasons you mention. I did see Martin went for 10. What happened to Arnett. Looks like the 3-ball was not there.

Guthrie is a beast!(and was playing under the weather)
The star of the night though was "little" 6'1" Ethan Allen, who out jumped everyone on the floor! That boy CAN jump! He is going to be a joy to watch over the next two years!
