The coach has a lot to do with the politics he is the principal too, conflict of interest? maybe, maybe not, just trying to get people thinking a little deeper than just coaching ability and players. The district as a whole needs an overhaul. No matter who the coach is there, they will not be successfull at any sport until more people in the community start caring.

Whatever the problem is I would like to see it fixed so that the SOC can have all of its teams be competitve in alomost all sports. Best of luck to the people out at NW.

It so easy to blame the parents and the refs, IMO it is time to get someone to run the Mohawk Program. He been there long enough to build a program. I would think by the time his son graduates he will quit anyway.

It's easy to blame the parents, Eye Lander, because it's the truth. I graduated from NW and I've seen it first hand, especially in football. When the parents aren't getting their way they make their kids quit. Just ask coach Hall. Bob Knight would have trouble winning consistantly at NW, even if Larry Bird was on the team. The parents need to keep their noses out of it. Medling parents ruined my experience at NW. Also, I had to get on the phone and beg my teammates to come to open gym. They had other things to do.
