These players do not need rushed , if you send them up to soon it will hurt their confidence. He needs to work on "D" and understand when to shoot and when to pass. He will be a solid player for Belpre and a future leader. He is a great kid but don't set those freshman up for failure. Remember JV basketball is still high school ball. Baseball players in the minors are still pro and get paid. Watch and wait his work will payoff.

As for a surprise for Belpre this year will be Jared Azar and a few sleeper role players will make a significant difference. GO EAGLES!!! It's about "WE NOT I"

There were two Freshman that got alot of playing by the end of the season last year for Belpre what if the coach had a mind set like you where would the Eagles be?

T. J. Mershon is going to surprise some people for his quickness and he can handle the ball real good. But he's a average shooter through but if he can work on his shooting and get better he can have a hayday against poor defensive teams. When he focuses and plays defense he's very hard to shake and he has the ability to steal the ball at will.
