Re: Can Chillicothe Beat Logan Elm?
Good luck to both teams. Always a classic. I will pull for the county...LE. 58-54.

Good luck Cavaliers from this Portsmouth Trojans fan........Chillicothe is making a third straight regional apperance..........and a possible second straight state appearance is just 2 games away.
This game should come down to the final 2 minutes........and so many times in big games free throw shooting down the stretch determines the outcome............

I think Chillicothe will find out what the word transfer means and we will see how much crying they will do when it's over.

FLASH-G,
Not sure what you mean by your comment in reference to what cavalierfan95 posted. If you are talking about tranfers why don't you head over to that other site/forum where they continue to beat a dead horse. It is dead in Pickaway County and it is dead in Ross County.
In any event, I am sure some tears will be shed by whichever team may lose. To get this close to the pinnacle of High School hoops can be an emotional experience. I was on the floor at the Schott last year when Toledo Libbey lost. The emotion that came out of those kids was real and painful. As much as I loved what we did, I felt for Bufford, Wells and company. Likewise, whomever loses on Thursday, I will feel bad for them. Both teams are class programs. Both coaches are class men and these teams could be developing a rivalry over time.
GO CAVS!!!

ALL CAVS FANS GET YOUR BUTTS TO THE CONVO on Thursday to see the biggest game of the year(Statewide)!bitbucket wrote:The Cavs can definitely win this game. They have the best shot of upending #2 in the state Logan Elm. I've been able to watch this and last years class since sixth grade. They know how to win. They've demonstrated their confidence, discipline and composure in at least three games this year when being behind and coming back for the win.
I encourage everyone in SE Ohio to come out and support this group of kids. Come on out Ross County, Pike County, Vinton County, Scioto County... Join us, McClain, Hillsboro,... Get out and raise the roof... Heck, if your a student, get a Chillicothe shirt and sneak into the student section. I encourage Chillicothe school administration to get students from other schools to "the game". Invite the county students to help "fill" the student section.
The boys have got to prevent LE from shooting the 3. They got to clog up the paint, hit their free throws, stay out of foul trouble and get rebounds. Keep the refs out of the game and I like Chilli's chances.
Yes, the cavs are the underdogs. I am sure that Coach K and staff saw some opportunities for slowing down LE's weapons during the tourney.
LE is well deserving of their ranking. They have a first class group of kids. They have a super JV team that could give alot of varsity teams difficulty.
Whoever wins, please keep winning through the state.. Represent our area.
Go CAVS...
some of us dont have cars and some of our "fans"who go to the games wont give us rides up.even though we will provide gas money but some of thees fans still wont take us....wonder why?you think the school would have buses for the fans but nooooo! lets be cheep and take the students and say "screw the fans"let them listen to the radio.
if its such a big game then lets have a big game road trip for fans and students.but thats the school for ya.
Please don't tell me that you are advocating using school buses for transporting non-students to the game. That wouldn't work on so many levels!! Also, if you are a CHS grad then please work the grammar angle a little better; especially on OGT week

Get over it!! The only transfer situation with Chilly was Ray Chambers and 1. He was hardly a force at his Cincinnati school 2. Anyone who knows his situation and what is was in Cincinnati would have rooted for him to get out of there and have a shot somewhere else. Perfectly legit!!

cavalierfan95 is right they should help us get to the game they used to use the paints bus and before that they used a church bus as for his spelling in the heat of the moment we all make errors so don't judge ok go cavs wish i could be there tank clas of 85
Re: Can Chillicothe Beat Logan Elm?
Both coaches will prepare hard. Shoes on opposite feet this year it seems.
Logan Elm must have a good shooting night - Chilli must defend for four quarters.
I would pay to see this game, and I never pay.

Re: Can Chillicothe Beat Logan Elm?
Caleb Knights hit a 70 foot 3 pointer at the end of the 1st qtr. to give Chillicothe a 3 pt lead (17-14) but Logan Elm kept fighting back to take a 3 point lead at the half.
