It is obvious that you do not understand the purpose of the Preview for Wheelersburg. The Preview is not about winning some "glorified scrimmage' that does not count. If history held true, Burg, never got out of its base man or zone offense. I would also venture to say that various combinations were playing together.

No transfer from NW is playing!

Maybe no one goes to the scrimmages or don't care to discuss there views. That's ok there are plenty of people on here to talk about there kids. BB is second rate at the Burg.
IMO, the reason you do not see as many people posting about BB so early is because many have not seen Burg play yet. Burg has a good following but most fans do not come out early in the season for many teams simply because of the time of year it is right now. Most people do not comment on scrimmage because they are just that, a scrimmage. Coaches are working on combinations and specific areas they feel they need to see their team improve on early in the season. With the success the Burg cagers have had over the years in regular season and tournament runs, I wouldnt call it second rate. The expectations for ALL sports is set high by the coaches, players and community.
Defense, rebounding and free throw shooting will determine the winner of this game. Look for Peake to try to push the tempo of the game and the Pirates to try to control the tempo of the game. Peake will hope to move the ball around for open perimeter shots and Burg will try to establish the inside out game. The team that establishes what it wants to do on offense will win this game. I am glad basketball season is finally here.
