Warren dominated in every facet of the game. I am not sure, but I think that Warren shot 100% from the field and the line in the 1st quarter. Game was never contested after Warren scored the first 8 points. Warren very impressive tonite, out hustled the Devils for loose balls and rebounds. Gallia Academy seems to have no offense, minimal movement, screens, etc. I doubt that it gets any easier at Jackson Tuesday night.
Thanks for the score Gallia Grad . Good luck with Jackson. Good news for Warrior Nation. Hope we can keep momentum for remainder of season and into tournament time ! GO BLUE !!!!
i think this game compared to the maysville game...the warriors came out with intensity from the get go and never let up..it looked like the Kentucky Derby out there tonight with all those horses...unofficial scoring but i believe grant had 17. austin had9 or 11...ellenwood had 6 or 8 ...fivecoait had 8 or 10 and hastie had 7 or 8...great game boys and get some sleep and get ready for belpre...

CONGRATS to the Warriors...INTENSITY from the word go..... HEY BANKSHOT: maybe the posts are working, only 8- 3pointers attempted, getting the ball to the Big horse makes the game alot more team oriented and gets everyone involved. If We could play with the gameplan like that every night , then who knows what could happen. Its def going to take efforts like this against the 3 top dogs in the league to compete. (GO Fivecoait!!! big key to warren success!) GREAT JOB JV on another all around performance and TEAM play....Another good outing for Kern,Ward,Hastie...Just so much fun to watch this JV team play, they always seem to enjoy it more...Coach Duchworths approach to let them play seems to get them relaxed and they just play together so well, no selfishness at all anywhere....thats nice to see. So Bankshot lets just keep plugging away with our thoughts and maybe if it helps that we keep seeing results, just glad to see someone else can see deeper into the game than myself.... Congrats to Coach Maddox for this type of gameplan....Great job to get the kids ready after the loss...Best TEAM performance thus far, and thats what it will take..... Warriorfrosh:no comment , my phone is ringing, its PHIL JACKSON... The sun comes out tmrw.
cc...i dont think the number of threes shot is that big of deal...its when they are shot...lastnight they did a great job of getting the ball inside drawing the extra defenders thus giving the outside shooters good, open, in rhythm shots...which equaled to higher percentage 4of 8 i believe...eventhough my lasik eye surgery needs enhanced i think i even seen the bench up and cheering the whole time...the starters were even cheering when the jv players were in in the end of the game....i think the boys had fun lastnight and that is what it is all about anyway...beat belpre tonight
WCC...well now you have just revealed your true delusion....wondered how long it would take....you actually do BELIEVE your posts will influence Coach Maddox's strategy!....Wow, you really are further out there than I thought....but keep talking to Coach Phil, he has dealt with quite a few head cases over the years....
did anybody notice how well the JV players and Jace ran the motion offense at the end of the game? It was so fluid, and smooth. That type of play is gonna be unstoppable guys, Keep up the good work !!! That would breakdown any man to man defense, opens up the inside, feeds the post , get it moving faster, and the defense doesn't know who to guard.
(bankshot and WCC. It doesn't take much to impress me, but that did it, would like to see it again, doesn't matter who is on the floor varsity or jv)
32, 16, 6 -- I was just going to bed but real quick I will reply on your observation. Yes, I did notice and for a brief moment it did bring back memories of AAU Basketball from a few years past. They had a fine coach that worked that offense and it did break down the man to man defense quite easily. It looked like poetry in motion for the few minutes that they were out there. Warren Basketball looks promissing for Coach Maddox and the Boyz in Blue for a few years to come. Great game tonite for both Varsity and JV's. Varsity is starting to feel it, Just gelling to start the second half of the season. Good nite.
