Best one i ever heard. Bellaire about to beat ironton in basketball tourney at convo, stud section said ( just like football, just like football) cause they also beat ironton in the playoffs earlyier in the school year.

I think these are a fun part of the game and encourages students to display school spirit. Tonight at the Fairland/Chesapeake game, the Dragons were up big early and the Chesapeake side was just getting abused...in a tasteful way. We heard "Sit down, shut up", "Why so qui-et?!", etc. for two quarters. But I had a lot of fun throwing it back at them in the second half as the Panthers came back to win. I even had to throw out a few "you're a joke but we're not laughing" comments to the refs. My wife and middle school aged kids were mortified...my wife told me to go sit in the student section at one point.

Makes the atmosphere fun as long as nothing offensive or personal is directed at officials or players. Well, at least the players.
