Ragland is a 3 star recruit who scores nearly 30 a game and has signed with the defending conference USA champions of UTEP. He lead his AAU team to the Ohio State Championship over powerful All-Ohio Red team with more than 30 points in the finals. London is an automatic double-double who plays for All-Ohio Red AAU team and according to Rivals, teams that are interested in London include Ohio State, Wake Forest, Xavier, Indiana, Clemson, Michigan, Iowa, Ohio, and Akron including others. I don't think he will make it to a school like Ohio State but the fact that they are interested shows something. More important than any of that is that these two have led Chilli to a 5-0 start. They are also currently ranked #2 in the state of Ohio in Division 2.
Duo's that should be talked about for second are Carter and Fletcher of Ironton (IMO the 2nd best tandem) , Venham and Cunningham of Warren, and Kretzer and Martin of Waverly (these two are a great duo, not getting much help from the rest of the team though)
This thread's title is tandemS...plural. Ragland and London might be the highest recruited duo in the southeast but there are many I would mention along with them.
Just the obvious ones off the top of my head:
Ragland/London-Chillicothe
Justice/Countryman-Peebles
Kretzer/Martin-Waverly
McKinley/Evans/Bendolph(When cleared to play)-Portsmouth
Venham/Cunningham-Warren
Combs/Blevins-Manchester
Copley/McMaster/Kennedy-Chesapeake
Carter/Fletcher-Ironton
