Should Unioto join the SCOL?

One more thought...............
The only way I see the SVC changing is if the Public Schools of Ross County (Including Chillicothe) consolidate into just three schools. Then the SVC Could look something like this
Ross North Eastern
Ross South Western
Unioto Central (It would be hard to get use to the Central part)
Westfall
Piketon
Waverly
McClain
Vinton County

I agree danicalifornia, just doesnt make sense for them. Be nice to add a couple of schools and go to a big and small division.

How about creating a huge league taking in all of Highland County.

I personally just dont see why Unioto would want to leave or why any of the league schools would want us gone.


However I do see why other schools would want into the SVC or why other leagues would want the larger svc schools like Unioto, ZT, Westfall and Piketon.

Who would Southeastern and Paint Valley play football against? Also you have revenue issues. Schools budgets are already tight and now you are adding travel and probably decreasing some of the gate revenue that the SVC typically gets with all the inter county rivalries. Unioto/Hillsboro just isn't going to bring the same kind of crowd as Unioto/Zane Trace for example. Southeastern is left with some very long road trips also.

I agree. I wouldn't like traveling from Southeastern to Leesburg Fairfield or Whiteoak. I think the best thing is to just make a split and add one or two teams to each half. Could just add two bigger schools and it would look like this:
