Are you saying Piketon's 5 couldn't beat Waverly's one? Yes, Kretzer is an amazing talent not seen very often in these parts and he did put up 43 points on the Redstreaks last year but I doubt he could have beaten the Streaks by himself.
Piketon should have a very, very good team this year. Waverly should be better than many are predicting. I don't think the Streaks would beat Waverly by as many as they want. Will be a very intersting matchup should they meet in the Classic.
Well I would say without his 43 points, its a little different game. Just like if you add his 30 a night to everyone of Paint Valley's scores, they would win a little more than they did. Not saying waverly wasnt tough, cause I believe the interior guys (Corcoran and Ward) alongside of him, are what made that team really go, but getting 43 points kind of changes any game. But on to bigger and brighter things for the Streaks, I think the Holiday Classic is theirs to lose, just like the SVC, their Sectional and even maybe the District if things roll the right way.

With all the returning starters from last year, I think Piketon has a chance on winning the Gold Ball this year. And possibly making it far in the tournament.
