... knowing Coach Maddox as I do and for as long as I have - I expect nothing less from the Warren TEAM - character, intensity, confidence, heads in the game for 32+ minutes ... Coach Maddox doesn't leave this to chance these qualities are EXPECTED of each player on this and all Coach Maddox teams ... this expectation of TEAM before self, respect of the game, character on/off the court, giving 100% in victory/in defeat -THIS is what is modeled by Coach Maddox and EXPECTING nothing less from his players produces TEAM, produces the mutual respect between coach and players ... TEAM never "calls off the effort" until the final whistle ... all goes into making Coach Maddox simply the best , well deserving of being called "coach" ...

... congratulations to Coach Helber/Coach Landis in having the Chiefs ready for last nights effort ... great job by the Purple troops ... best of luck in the games to come ... the Purple Nation appreciates the effort and the excitement brought to Jim's Gym last night ... awesome job ...

Congrats to Coach Maddox. He is a class act. I watched his team two years ago lose to Chilli when Jalen Ragland hit a three at the buzzer and then the same year lose in the district final to Chilli once again at the buzzer. He has always handled himself with dignity and class and I believe teams do take their lead from their coach. They deserve a championship and I am happy for them.
