I think when they played Fairfield, Fairfield led for 2 and a half quarters and PV won by 9. Is that not close?

Yes. 4/5 technically have a "bye" also because their game is for a sectional championship. 1-5 seeds don't play in the semi final round.

Paint Valley is without a doubt at least the 3rd seed. They are 4-0 against D-4 teams ! They beat Western by 20 and play a tuff SVC schedual.

Does anyone think that easy should be the 3? No disrespect to them. But I think it would have to be Paint valley. Then Western to this point. They have a much easier out of conference schedule

Peebles should win the sectional no problem. In this scenario, Fairfield is a dangerous draw for the #2 Clay. East shouldn't have much trouble with Notre Dame.. and the #4-#5 matchup is the one to watch. Western plays very hard, Paint Valley is arguably the second best team in this Sectional.

Paint Valley may jump East if East drops a few games (still has to play Eastern Pike TWICE).

East will win all but maybe 1 of their remaining games which will make them the 2 or 3 seed!!! Clay will either be the 2 or 3 seed, peebles is a lock for the 1 seed. Western and Paint Valley will play for sectional title! Anything can happen but from looking at remainder schedules this is how I see it. paint Valley will lose again tonight.

It really doesn't matter if PV loses tonight for the tournament draw because they play peebles and no one will move up or down from losing to peebles. You can't just put east in the 3 because of their record. you have to look at their resumes and who they have beat and who they have lost to. You give PV westerns schedule or Easts schedule the are only losing a max of 3 games to this point if the season. They def don't lose to Northwest and probably don't lose to clay. You have to look at the competition that PV plays against compared to East Clay and Western. Just because they are 10-7 and East is 10-4 or 11-4 or whatever doesn't put East in the driver seat for that 3 spot.

If I'm PV I want the 4 seed, I completely understand why Western wants East to be the 4...but you might regret what you wish for. East has a huge game Monday against Eastern which could help them move to the 2 over Clay.
