We had about 3 inches in Adams county and still played. Is it that bad in Jackson county?

Oak Hill played at Alexander
Southern played at Nelsonville-York

Even New Lex navigated the turns and hills of Rt. 13 to Corning and played Miller.

I think every TVC team tonight (10 of them) played except Athens

Well hopefully no one wrecks. The main road is slow moving

You can say he sucks if you want...he doesn’t care. He typically let them play.

Sucks it was postponed, but I just got in off the roads and they are pretty sketchy. If this was a triple header starting at 5:00, I can understand why they decided to postpone. Not sure if it was postponed for the right reasons or not, but it worked out for the best in the long run. People get so worked up over high school sports.. it’s just a game.. it’ll get made up.. no need to get mad about it all.

When they don't agree on a make-up date when they postpone it, many times they never agree on a date and then the game is never played.

... sometimes they DO get made up BUT not until AFTER the sectional seeding is completed ... depends on what is needed by which team ...

Just cancel it a month ago and give Jackson AD ample notice to make the numerous calls, emails and messages on his end. We love Ohio State too. The precedent has been set. Gotta cancel every sign of a snowflake now, which is fine I guess but the world doesn’t shut down for potential level one snow.

See you guys sometime later in the year. Have a happy new year. Go Bucks!

The roads are bad. Probably should have canceled the freshman game and played JV at 4:00 bc of weather. Apparently Ironman knows Athens canceled bc of the Buckeye game. If what he is claiming is true, that’s too bad, but I stand by my stance that ultimately it worked out for the best bc the roads are in pretty crappy shape.

Athens being the road team that had to travel got to make the call and they did what they thought was best. I don’t agree with refusing to travel before a snowflake has even landed and less than 2 inches expected....but I’m not any part of it and don’t matter.

We got 3 inches before 9pm and have been on a level 1 since then. Ended up with 5 or 6 inches. The roads were straight awful. Idk why Ironman is crying
