I still say Caddyshack would have them hitting on all cylinders. But you are saying it's more like this:therealNY wrote: ↑Mon Jan 29, 2018 1:51 pm The Cadillac is def not missed. What this team lacks in is leadership. Only 1 senior on the varsity team. And between the players and coaches, neither provides much leadership. I'm not even sure why their are assistants, the big guy does nothing. I'm not sure what the fix is but next year wont be any better.
Miller game was a good one until after 1/2. Miller dominated.

“Do you want to see bofa?”
Re: Wellston @ NY 1/26
Simple personel decisions regarding who runs the offense could have fixed it. 2 soph's who are not "playmakers" running the offense. Both will be fine players but it killed them this yr. Leadership starts at the top

Isn't that Perry kid a Junior. Seems he has always played AAU ball and has been the PG before. I think I would have the ball in his hands and running the show. Perry(1), Robson your Center(5), Richards maybe a Wing(3), Seel SG(2) and Bohyer your PF(4). I'm sure you could substitute a Couple more and interchange, Wilburn and Beyette, etc. I'm not real familiar but read these names in the paper and catch a game on 15 occasionally.

Exactly, there are kids on the team that played and started until the coach got butt hurt bc one of the dad's blasted him on facebook. Perry is the best passer and ball handler on the team. He and Richards play very well together but never in the game together anymore.

I’m just wondering why we’re not seeing names like Wend, Maiden, Williams, Wickmann? I know those boys played basketball in the past. Where is NY going wrong? Is it at the jr high level or is it the new coach or is this all left over from the past coaching staff? I think they need to figure out what the problem is and make some changes. 1-7 in league play is pretty bad!
Re: Wellston @ NY 1/26
Exactly. Although only 2 of those names played last year but this senior class had all kinds of talent. Shame.SEOFBFAN wrote: ↑Mon Jan 29, 2018 6:10 pm I’m just wondering why we’re not seeing names like Wend, Maiden, Williams, Wickmann? I know those boys played basketball in the past.
