Chillicothe held Waverly to 40 so it can be done.

Chillicothe held us to 47 so they are a great defensive ball club. But it can be done.

If Waverly can shoot well I think they pull this one out. The Tigers have been pretty inconsistent with their scoring throughout this season but when they’re hot they are tough to stop! Very good on ball defenders and they love to run and gun. Should be a great game!

Steward is WCH shooting guard. Average around 21 points a game.

Hopefully we can withstand Waverly’s frantic pressure.

Thank You! Have not seen him play, but a couple people have said he's a very good player. I'm still trying to grasp why he was the only player suspended from the WCH- Adena game.

Because he punched a player in the back of the head. There was a technical called on Adena and that wasn't enough. There was literally nothing else on the play. The video is quite humorous as the Adena kids all just stood around and the WCH kids all had to restrain Steward. Nobody else should have been ejected.

I must be mistaken, I thought that I had read where the Adena player had also kicked the Steward kid in the head.

The refs came to the table and assessed the following :

Personal foul on Adena.

Technical foul on Adena

Flagrant technical on WCH.

It’s all there.

I never said WCH didn’t deserve the flagrant.

But the first two actions caused the third. To believe otherwise is absurd.

Vetteman : You asked why the first technical wasn’t given or assessed a flagrant on the previous thread and I believe it was called correctly. The nature of the WCH retaliation was harsher than the Adena offense.
