I saw on social media that Caldwell hosts Waterford tonight, I hadn’t seen that one on any schedule. I saw Caldwell beat Beallsville handily last night. I saw on twitter that Malvern beat Lisbon last night. Anyone else in d4 east with games left? SE district appears to start tournament play tonight

New Philly should win their side of the bracket. The other side is up for grabs with 2-3 teams have a good chance to good to Athens

Correction on D-4 records I guess was just figuring that River would beat Frontier again for the third time,it was a late add on game ,both teams had a 21 game schedule and decided to play one another for the third time,it was played Saturday February 23, Frontier won 74-66

There are alot of districts now that do the NCAA seeding where teams dont choose where they go it is does by seeding. It looks like that might have been the case here. Not sure if it is that way or not but looks like it.

Southeast only district that automatically seeds teams. That’s a joke. Too much bias by coaches in seeding or they have no clue about some teams. After seeding, coach should choose who they want to play. This isn’t college.

There are alot of districts going to this now. Coaches then dont have to go to the meeting that lasts 15 minutes to pick where they want to go on bracket and prohibits 2 jumping on 1 and other things like that. Right or wrong there are quite a few that do it now

Not a lot doing it. Canton regional does not list seeds on the brackets, so those 4 districts, not known, but out of the other 12 districts, south east districts are the only ones to do it that way

If I’m the 1 seed and I have to wait on the 8-9 seed winners I’m somewhat what concerned. They had a play in game and that’s where early upsets happen. Same with 7-10 gets a win and plays the 2 seed. I should have the option as a 1-2 seed to play the pig tail game. 1 and done doesn’t favor the 1/2 seeds as seed in SE D-3 and others

I am shocked that Zanesville went 7-15. That has to be Coach Aronhalt's worst record ever......and he is an outstanding coach, with 3 state tournament appearances and an undefeated D1 state championship in 1995. Can anybody tell me what happened to the Blue Devils?

Probably something about the same as your Trojans. Sometimes, not very often you will have a few lean years in a row. I agree, Coach Aronhalt has been an outstanding coach for a number of years. I may be wrong, but I think I heard that mayby a couple of pretty good kids might have transferred to New Concord John Glenn, I'm not 100% on that.

Best player was hurt basically the entire year. Throw in their typical strong schedule(9 D1 teams +ECOL Schedule) and it wasn’t going to make for a good season. They did give New Philadelphia one of their only losses on the year early in the season.

They lose a lot and don’t have too much coming up so it’ll be interesting to see what happens there going forward.

They were heathy tonight. They’ve struggled to score all year and 36 points 2 games in a row against Cambridge was a recipe for a bad year. Good luck to Cambridge and Zanesville going forward 👍
