100% spot on I think the switch up from high school gyms to the convo was the ultimate reason. It was like that both teams in both gamesdanicalifornia wrote: ↑Fri Mar 11, 2022 6:45 pmThey should shoot from around the actual 3 point line and not 2-3 feet behind the college line. Definitely were shooting much deeper than in other games I’ve seen them in this year.
I expect them to shoot much better, just by making FG that adjustment.

Re: REGIONAL FINAL: Waverly vs Heath
I believe this will be a grit it out, defensive type of game. I expect Waverly to come out with the same intensity as they did against McClain, as they play with that underdog mentality. Defensive execution will be paramount. Also, the deeper in the tourney, the importance of half court execution becomes more and more important. Waverly is clearly outmatched when it comes to overall depth and size, but it doesn’t mean they can’t out hustle, out screen, out shoot, and out execute the Bulldogs. Rooting for the underdogs…Waverly Tigers.

Im just glad Waverly is on the right side of this bracket! SVSM, Alter, Woodward all on same side. Its a race for second. SVSM will cruise to a title.
I feel if Waverlys pesky guards can pressure and bother Heath into turnovers they could pull it out. If Heath takes care of the ball they win by 10.

I just hope we play our best game. If we do and it’s not enough, then oh well. I’ll still be just as proud as ever of these kids. But, if we do play our best, I think we win.
