The Peake played at Marshall yesterday and today and went 6-0. Beat a Beckley team that was a combination team of some varsity and jv. Beat Wahama, a good St. Albans team and today beat Westside, Herbert Hoover and North Marion . They have looked pretty good so far this summer and havea scrimmage against Huntington High next week and then go to Cedar Point for NCAA live event invite. Maddox Kazee was second in voting fir MVP at Eastern Ohio camp and will play in Las Vegas next month.

They were on the schedule yesterday at Marshall, it was the late games and didn't hear the scores. Rumor they lost a couple of kids via transfer but that is just what I heard today.

The Peake played again today at Cedar Point losing to a Tallmadge team who was a Div 1 school last year and will be Div. 3 this season. The last game they beat Lima Shawnee a Div. 2 last year and will be a Div 3 this year. I think they got some great experience playing these teams. They were a lot of college coaches that were supposed to have been there.
I wish I would have gone. The complex had 10 courts playing at the same time. Games played Friday Saturday and Sunday. You could watch a lot of basketball.
