I think pretty much anyone with knowledge of WC knew that this was going to be a stiff test for MC. Only going to make them better in the long run. Glad they are playing a beefed up schedule this year.

For a kid to score 37 of the 53 for the team and almost as much as MC and their athletes is VERY impressive. Kid must be a stud.

Agree. Learn from it and move on. They leaned more about themselves with this loss than they did beating the brakes off Shadyside.

Let's be honest here and expand the pipeline to Bridgeport, Martins Ferry and maybe even across the river. Who knows how far that pipeline reached.

Oh, and one other thing. Why is this "beating the brakes" off of anyone a thing? Just come out and say it, we kicked your ass. That was the accepted expression when I was competing, and why do we disguise it or water it down by saying something so detached. You got your ass kicked. Live with it and move on.
