Speaking of seeding and upcoming tournament, I see the D5 Regional at OU Convo will not have a Central District team this year….meaning no Africentric or Harvest Prep. There will be 2 from the Southeast and 2 from the East

... I had seen on FB that they had reduced it down to only a varsity contest as of yesterday ... then I happened to see the cancellation today ... lots of illness going around, hoping that it doesn't hit teams hard for the post season ... we have seen and heard of illness in last weeks contests , hoping we can get out in front of this ... I'm hearing/reading about possible snow events midweek next week now as well ...

Looks like the weather is going to cooperate Friday and Friday evening long enough for pfloyd to make the 2 hr 15 minute drive down the river to Proctorville to take in the Fairland vs Chesapeake game … HOF Induction Night … rivalry game … OVC first place on the line … not sure how it wouldn’t be a great game … game rundown won’t happen until Saturday morning as I won’t get back to Hocking County until after midnight … all worth it as I totally enjoy going to the river- good basketball, good people both make a good combination …

Two trips in one weekend? Two great games @ Fairland this weekend...Friday OVC lead on the line vs Chesapeake then Sat evening Norm's Jeeps invading Proctorville. I would love to attend both, but don't want to commute that far on consecutive nights so I'm planning on going to Saturday's contest and probably staying local and going to Huntington @ ZT Friday night.
