South Point at West Union make up game 2/9

Any one know if the SP girls won today as well?

YES! The South Point girls won today too!!! They beat Chesapeake today...I forget the score...I think by 10+.

They move to the districts in Waverly and play Feb. 18th at 6:15 pm!

Chesapeake was winning by 3 at halftime. But the 2nd half was all South Point! They pressed and put a lot of pressure on Chesapeake and had a lot of successful and scored a lot of points in the 2nd half that way. Chesapeake stayed in the game by shooting tons of 3 point shots. I know they had to have hit at least 6 or 7 during the game...props to them.

But yeah the SP girls did aweseome...congrats to them!

Weed was the leading scorer with 23, Taylor with 21, Mayo 19, Hughes 9, Woody 6, Lynd 4 Kratzenburg with 3. Go to http://www.nextvsports.com and watch the game and post game interviews with both coaches.
