Many complain about the coach or other coaches around. They can't win. If you lose, you're not doing your job. If you win, it wasn't by enough.

My questions is the accountability of the athlete and his home life. Does he commit in the weightroom. Does he practice his sport more that what is expected at practice. There is so much more these days than the coach drawing up diagrams for a victory. Hard to do it when you know that not all the kids are giving their best effort away from the gym. A little more commitment from everyone might help for next year.
