Manchester got by with murder in the fourth quarter. I thought that the game turned into a rugby match. What happened in this game was Manchester thought they were going to come in and beat an offensive depleted Peebles squad. Peebles put the D on Manchesters guards. The Indians have alot to work on, but they played some of the best D that I have ever seen a Peebles team play. When the offence comes around this team is going to be hard to beat. Coach Arey is doing a heck of a job with this team. Arey's a class act. Good assistant coaches too. There is a real good feeling in the air at Peebles this year.

You do realize that murder thing went both ways right? Or are you just another crybaby Manchester or Peebles fan? Just take the win or loss and get on with your life. Or maybe I read your post wrong and if I did I am sorry. But Macadowell should have got ejected, he got lucky. West also.

So in short take the win and move on or take the loss and move on crying about it a day later won't change anything.

It was just a ball and the only other players involved just got up to seperate the two.

I was listening to the game on the radio and they said that the player who threw the ball got ejected. They were confused as to why he got to shoot the free throws. Did he in fact get ejected and if so do the rules allow him to go ahead and shoot the free throws? I thought if you got ejected you were gone immediately but I could be wrong. This obviously didn't have any effect on the outcome but I am curious if the refs got that right or not.

Peebles player was taken out by his coach but not ejected. Refs called #1 a foul on West, which is why Peebles player went to the line then a technical on McAdow/peebles player.

Thanks shlalum. The announcers must have been mistaken about the ejection.

Someone commented that when peebles offense gets it together their hard to stop..well when manchesters offense is clicking its even harder to stop them..I do give credit to peebles inside game they were to tall inside with manchesters tallest only being 6-4..but if a few peebles players didn't get dirty and try to inflict dirty play on manchester it'd been a whole different ball game...manchester is the better team but when ur fighting adversity like they did its hard for any team to win

Dude, let it go. It's getting really pathetic. It was a 20 point game most of the game, it was never close, Peebles was the better team on the night. Time to move on.
