SCIOTOVILLE — The East Tartans basketball program will have a new head coach but he will be a familiar face.
Current athletic director and softball coach Adam Bailey was hired to lead the varsity basketball program at a regular meeting of the Sciotoville Community School Governing Board on Monday.
Bailey was a junior high coach at Wheelersburg for five years and has been a varsity assistant at East the last four seasons. He has also coached the Tartan junior varsity basketball team the last two years.
He succeeds Travis Bradford...
