Why was Burg taking a 3 pointer down only 1 point?? Should have gotten the ball in to Stegman and he could have scored or drawn the foul. Now they have to have a 3 down by 3 with 7 seconds left.

Lang with an air ball and Ballard gets the rebound and just misses a 3 at the buzzer.

That is a GREAT question. I was sure Stegman would be attacking the basket. He was almost unstoppable tonight. (Need to work on those rebounds Guys!!)

Must say I am totally surprised by the Burg's start to the season. I know they lost some guys who decided not to come out for Basketball, but they don't seem in sync.
What is their identity this year? Sounds like the defense is getting there, but they need another steady threat on offense.

Great win Jeeps!!!! Sure Stegman was a force to be reckoned with tonight, but he can't do it all; all the time... Webster struggled offensively in the 2nd half but managed to hang on and pick up another win behind 2 clutch free throws by David Sutton. Once again, congrats Jeeps, and good luck to Burg on the rest of your season....

One of the problems for the Burg in tonights game was only having 3 kids score. Stegman had 33, Bendolph with 18, and Lang with 4 for their 55 point total. They have got to get more out the other two starters and their bench. Ward has a great shot, but he acts like he's afriad to shoot it sometimes. He needs to get much more aggressive and try to score more. They can't rely on Andy to get 25+ every game. They really need for the bench to help contribute points when in the game.
