Im glad to see a one win North Adams upset a ranked R. Southern because people in that area tend to think that the SHL is not a tough league.

R. Southern was overrated to begin with, but I agree. This week the SHL will have a couple chances to show South Point how tough we are, after they routed Eastern Born

jchitwood, i would like to think the SHL is one of the better leagues in SE Ohio yet it seems to always get a bad rap and i never really undestand why...anyways, do you have a score for the Manchester/New Richmond game last night? It's the only score I can't find.

The game wasn't even that close Manchester was up 51-14 at one time.

Did Manchester put their 8th grade team in the second half?

I think they had a raffle and crowd members got to throw on a jersey. It was a special homecoming thing.

Hounds4real, help those of us out who didn't get to this game! Why did Manchester only score 17 points in the second half- after 51 points in the first. Was it just that New Richmond made adjustments that Manchester couldn't adapt to?

He said at "one time," not "half time."

Well I went back and looked and it was 41-17 and it was in the first half. The second half Manchester played some boys that usually don't play then with about 3-4 mins left in the game they put there JV boys in. New Richmond isn't that bad of a team its just Manchester played good that night.
