... I just told LucasDavenport when we were watching the games a SEHS last weekend that this year's team 1-20 were all teams with outstanding seasonal records - the best win-wise that we have had in years from 1-20 ... any/ALL of these teams getting to the Convo is NOT a surprise - the surprise is the teams that DID NOT get to the Convo - if that makes since ... The 2, 4, 6 & 7 out before the district finals???

You must not be very good at this ranking thing. Maybe that's why they took the Hippo off the big board at the Convo?

LOL

... Thank you warrior90 ... greatly appreciate the kind words ... I usually go back after the season is over and DIG UP the preseason rankings to do a "self-check" - see if I am clueless or actually "in the ballpark" with the pre-season rankings ...

Thanks Pfloyd for all you do. Since the Corona scare it looks like I won't get to see you again this year except maybe state. Glad to know you,LD,mattash, and all the preps crew.Glad my Indians were able to put on a show tonight. Sad that another game or 3 didn't come with it,but; we at Peebles are working now for the fall of 2020/2021 to put a new version of the Peebles Indians on the court. Time to reload. I will so miss this year's seniors. They are all hard working mentors to all the kids at home. Love this group. A great core of players coming back lean and hungry. Someday we WILL break down that final 4 door. Peebles Proud.

... unbelievable as to how this season in sport is playing out Hoopsie or more to the point "not playing" ... I totally enjoy the game of basketball , getting the opportunity to watch the "kids" in Southern/Southeast Ohio play the game ... the outstanding coaches/teachers of the game - I admire the jobs on/off the court that we all have had the opportunity to see them do throughout the season , the coaches are truly amazing people with their knowledge of the game, the commitment to TEAM, players, schools, the programs they have worked tireless to build ... the season ALWAYS comes to an end - but this one is different with the Coronavirus precautions etc. I just feel honored to have been able to watch the last games at the Convo when soo many fans/communities members FROM the schools participating could NOT be there !!! - thank you mattash for getting me a press pass once again for this post season and for Wayne Horsley & his wonderful staff to allow me access to everything in the post season at the Convo ... of course there is the man himself - Lou Horvath along with Franklin & Randy Dillinger who have ALL been doing the PA/spotting & stats/official scoring at the Convo for 20 years - the thought these folks even acknowledge pfloyd , the purple hippo still makes me smile ... every year I walk into the Convo for Basketball :30 I smile - it feels like home which it is ! the Mecca of SE Ohio Hoops !!! ... Hoopsie as I've said before - it's been a pleasure this season interacting on SEOPs with you! and getting to meet you in person ! basketball friendships are the best ! looking forward to you keeping us all up to speed on Coach Arey's Indians !!! ... I KNOW that THIS year's group of Peebles players were special to Coach Arey - as they were to all of us who had the pleasure to watch them in the reg season and the post season - Coach will get his troops ready for 20-21 ! I'll get my first look at the Indians this summer at the Lynchburg Clay shootout ! along with an opportunity to chat with Coach Arey & some of the other fine coaches in the SHAC as well ...
