Fairfield got off to a very slow start. Defense kept them in the game until in second half they finally started hitting some shots.
12-4 PV after 1
19-18, PV @ half
30-23, Fairfield after 3
48-34, Fairfield final
Also Fairfield never shot a free throw the whole game. PV took I think 10.

Sounds dumb. How does one of the best teams around play a tough game snd shoot zero free throws….and at home???

I believe the final was 69-32, Minford will win the SOC this year and probably the following 2 years just no one out there that's going to stop Montgomery.

Nice win for Northwest I was fairly impressed with them after seeing them last Friday night, looks like depth could be a major issue if someone got into foul trouble or injured but in this area most teams are like that.

Peebles was in the lead the entire game. We're up 47-45 ,less than 1 minute. Last 4 games have been clones. Trouble in P town. Fayetteville comes to town Friday and Trimble Saturday. Go Indians!

Is the Liberty Union/Logan Elm score correct? 23-22 LU in OT?

Which team would have slowed it down that much?

Or 59-51, we are right there on the score. Big win by the Mohawks over a very talented West squad.

Well, I don’t think the plan was to slow it down lol. The truth is, we now have 7 varsity players who are somewhat healthy and had trouble scoring from the field or free throw line.

We just have to play through this rough stretch and hopefully get some players healthy and get more experience with others. Holbert broke his leg in football, Sabine broke a bone in his hand, Baker tore his acl against Circleville and Tomlinson turned his ankle in practice Monday night and only played 3 minutes in the first quarter against LU.

We will figure it out. Coach Stiverson always does and will continue to teach life long lessons that will make these kids stronger. We could be pretty good if everyone was healthy but that’s why they play the game. Win or Lose, we still support our Braves!

Thanks for letting me ramble lol!

That’s awful to hear about Baker. I was hoping it would just be a short term injury.

You’re right too, Coach Stiverson will get things figured out to have those kids in the best position for success. Hopefully they’ll get healthier asap.

4 teams capable of beating minford in conference.
