Gallia Academy 24-25
Re: Gallia Academy 24-25
Watched the game. No home cooking I could detect. Gallia Academy wins 49-45.SouthEast Hoops Fan wrote: Mon Dec 30, 2024 2:49 pmI think this game is a jump ball, with maybe a slight neutral court edge to GA. But I agree the West Virginia home cooking is significant. At Point Pleasant got to go with the West Virginia home court -- almost always..Geronimo wrote: Mon Dec 30, 2024 7:31 am Across the river Gallia vs point don't really no what point has a 3-2 record but Good luck to both !!!

Re: Gallia Academy 24-25
Gallia Academy should be ashamed by the conduct of a “fan” at the game tonight vs Waverly. During a timeout in the last minutes of a very close game that “fan”, who was sitting directly behind Waverly’s bench, proceeded to yell out what play Waverly had just went over to Gallia Academy’s coach. The game went into OT and our JV and bench players had to use their warm up shirts to shield our huddles from this man. What a disgrace to the game of basketball and to Gallia Academy’s program. Mock played a good game against us and scored 30 points. What this person did was incredibly bold and disrespectful and I feel it takes away from what should’ve only been seen as a great, high scoring game for one of your seniors.

I don't condone the behavior of this person, but....Rigs30 wrote: Sun Jan 05, 2025 12:32 am Typical GA, athletic director was there. Probably strategically placed him there!
That's not fair, Rigs.
You must have a burr under your saddle for the AD
Re: Gallia Academy 24-25
No burr, just stating the facts. Get it together Gallia! You’re better than what you’re showing! You don’t condone the behavior either so do you have a burr? Come on man!

Look Rigs, I'm not a big fan of the AD either, but to suggest that he strategically placed a man to cheat is preposterous!

GalliaGrad this is a prime example of a burner account (Rigs30) being used to railroad the AD, similar to how "they" railroaded the previous coach. You'll start to hear this AD stuff more & more. The potential replacement will make you laugh.GalliaGrad78 wrote: Sun Jan 05, 2025 6:02 pmI don't condone the behavior of this person, but....Rigs30 wrote: Sun Jan 05, 2025 12:32 am Typical GA, athletic director was there. Know both the man and the AD, and not surprised. Should not be allowed, he should have been escorted out right then, especially if the refs heard it and he should be banned from future games but he won't be, bc he's friends with everyone. I think his kid may be on the team, he does attend there, which makes it worse.
