Just my take on fairland but even after they beat the brakes off of us, their student section was still running their mouth to ER after the handshake line was done, loud enough for us to hear it on the other side. They not like us though.

This fight was more than likely caused by all the trash talk on here before the game even started. All Burg kids read all week was how Fairland would destroy them and this wouldn’t be a game.

I’m sure Burg kids were tired of it and took care of business on the court and I’m sure there was some stuff said, they’re kids and the Fairland kids got mad.

Reap what you sow is what my grandma would tell me. Someone posted a player for Fairland chirped all night and at the end couldn’t handle something being said to him.

If any of those involved think that was a fight, I hope they never find themselves in a fight.

I’ve seen more violence and aggression in a day care room than whatever that was.

Also Fairland and Proctorville has a great basketball program and community and we don’t have any reputation besides having a winning tradition. If you’ve lost to us because of that, that doesn’t mean that we are bad sports or any of that. If you’re butt hurt because we beat you on the court then sorry. I will stand behind Fairlands strong basketball tradition and winning tradition.

LOL! To anyone outside of Rome Township Fairland does have a reputation and it extends far beyond boys basketball.
