I think you understand when I said the Eagles "are" not 20+ better than the CATS...that is based on the final score. Regardless of the half-time score. We do still play 4 quarters of basketball right?

I understand and yeah I heard somewhere that they played 4 quarters, but they were 20 points better Friday night and that one is in the books Time to move on.

That may be the problem. We only play one team to our potential then the coaches cant seem to get The kids motivated or coach as hard against the other teams. There is more than one team on our schedule. Earl Bruce could beat Michigan but was sub par against everyone else. We need to get over the Earl Bruce complex and prepare against ALL of our opponents. Unless we are satisfied with always saying, "At least we beat NY." I love it that we beat them but come on! If we are happy with waiting to beat people at our place, our record will be way below what we thought it would be.

Watched this game on TV and Eastern shot lights out and Trimble never recovered. Eastern did a good job of containing the Tomcat guards and didn't allow them to penetrate all night. Trimble needs to find an inside game in order to open it back up for the guards. The guards were contested on even outside shots since Trimble had no inside game.

Seen the refs on the TV rerun the other day when I watched and I've seen the same crew a couple of times including at Athens. They would not let the stomp worry them or be intimidated by any coach. Again the Eastern shooting percentage won this game I don't think they hardly missed in the first have.
