One period to play but looks like it will be Portsmouth and Valley for a district championship game.

Congrats to the Trojans on the win. Looks like a great match up with Valley next week. I may just have to go see that one.

them are some great pictures Trojandave is going to have to take a look at them so he can lay off you and the camera.

Coach Lisath had a great game plan for this game But in the end I think Portsmouths Defense was to much.

Congrats to Portsmouth on the win! I'd also like to say congrats to coach Lisath and the Redstreaks on a solid season!! Piketon has most definitely become a top tier program under coach Lisath and I'm sure we'll see them back in District play again next year.

^^^^^ Numbers dont lie, and that 3rd quarter killed the Streaks! They executed Coach L's gameplane well for 3 quarters. Mckinley at one time had 23 out of Portsmouths 36, the young man is strong around the rim. The Trojans D was very good, Piketon missed several bunnies that could have turned the tide, but coulda, woulda, shoulda! lol Congrats Portsmouth on the win, congrats Piketon on another fines season in the village! I am tired, I am outta here!

Great game by the young Streaks; I believe if they make a couple shots here or there, we could've been talking about an upset this morning. 3rd qt 10-0 run was the difference in the game, even after Coach L's two timeouts during the run the Streaks could'nt overcome a double digit deficit.

Great season for a team that will return all five starters and 14 of 15 on the roster. SVC Champs and Sectional Champs is something the kids can build upon.

Great season for the Streaks. Great game plan by Coach L and the players that worked except for the stretch in the 3rd period. Good teams make you pay and Portsmouth did that during the time. We just went cold at the wrong time. Congrats to the Trojans. Wonderful season and The Chef is already thinking about next year in The Oven. The Streaks should be set for another great season of excitement and success.

Congratulations to the Trojans on the win!!........and to the Redstreaks for making Portsmouth really work for the win.........Dion McKinley has been outstanding in the tournament thus far, posting 25 points vs. Wheelersburg and 28 last night.......in addition he pulled down 13 rebounds vs. Piketon.......he also continued some excellent FT shooting.

Coach Lisath had an excellent game plan vs. the Trojans, but Coach Collins kept the pressure on and it did take its toll in creating some turnovers........the 3rd quarter run was the difference in the game.

Piketon should really be good next year with so many coming back........right now, I have the Redstreaks as probably one of the top 3 D3 teams in the SE District in 2012-2013.
